when you have to give your final numbers, tel them 5 people less than the rsvp counts ... that way, when (yes, i said 'when' and not 'if') people drop out, you won't have to pay for them anyhow.

ouch, that stinks .... try to get the RH to use that towards vendors or free upgrades ... if they can't do that, then invite some fillers
They can definately include our vendors so that's good. I thought about asking for extra stuff instead but I'm afraid to ask. Plus I'm not really sure what to ask for...
