FH and I are doing How Deep Is Your Love by the Bee Gees...It's not that traditional and a little bit faster but its a gorgeous song and the words are really prevalent!

How about 'Happy Together' by the Turtles? We used this for exiting the ceremony.
We used 'My First, Last, Everything' for entering the reception.

Have you ever heard the song 'Refuge' by John Legend? I LOVE THAT SONG. It would make a great first dance. It's kind of upbeat, but not TOO much. Check it out.

I like 'Leather and Lace' - Stevie Nicks and Don Henley, and 'Never Knew Love Like This Before' - Stephanie Mills - starts slow, kicks into fast - upbeat and fun!

FH and I have a song - ACDC you shook me all night long
not for those reasons but when we first started dating anytime we got in a car together the first song on the radio would always always be that song - still happens occasionally today...
Obviously not so appropriate for first dance song.... Our first dance song wil be Elvis's 'The Wonder of You.' It is a little slow but the words are so sweet. That is FH's song to me- always has been.
I may have to get the ACDC song played at the very end of the day while the DJ is packing up lol
FH and I always joke around and tell people who ask that ACDC is our first dance song! We also say Rod Steward~Do you think I'm sexy. The looks on people's faces are precious.
