Well on December 11, 2005 this website will be 10 years old! WOW, where does the time go? So, I was thinking, what can we do to celebrate? First, after doing some quick math I see that it's possible to reach 3 million posts around the date of our anniversary. Thus we must have a 3 millionth post contest. Second, we have to have one heck of a GTG. Third, well, I need some ideas. So, without being ridiculous what can all of you suggest as some type of anniversary celebration where you are on the receiving end?

Re: A Heads Up!
What about offering a Free Wedding utilizing the vendors that advertise?
I'm sure they'd have to donate their services.

Re: A Heads Up!
How about a booze cruise around manhattan! As for the 10 years, let celebrate it old fashioned style (gifts that include tin or aluminum) or contemporary (diamonds )
I would say a 10 carat diamond ring, but that's just ridiculous

Re: A Heads Up!
I am sure it would be quite a feat to get all of us brides to be and past brides in one location.
I like Christine's idea of a free wedding, but that would probably just benefit some newbie! LOL
all of you vendors should be offering give aways- free chocolate fountains, free brides hair and makeup, and also discounts for people that have already booked b/c of this site.
maybe the 3 mil. poster can get a GC to a travel agency for a free honeymoon (or fee second honeymoon)

I'm liking the HM grand prize thing. If you're married, it could just be a vacation or second honeymoon..

I agree with that. If you are already married, it could be a vacation for your 1 year anniversary
