Was/IS anyone worried about where they are going to live after the wedding? FI and I don't live together but have a strong desire to move out of state after we are married, but don't know when...so I've been worrying about where we might be living.......
the NWR board might be a bette rplace to post this....to get more ideas...but here is my suggestion...
where are you in your jobs/school...is there any reason that you have to stay to finish something (in our case...DH had a job that if he quit, he would lose his stock options...so we decided to wait until he vested...'lucky' for us he was laid off, so he vested at that time...and we moved up our move date...
also make sure that you have enough money to live for 3-6 months...in case you don't have a job by then...
also check the national job sites for jobs in the area that you want to move to...also try to find the local papers website...it is usually a good place for jobs...
visit the are that you want to move first...check out neighborhoods...see if you can find a short term lease...

I think if you both live at home, then you might want to just get an apartment for after the wedding and then after a few months make other decisions. Getting married, moving out of your parents, living on your own for the 1st time, living with your spouse for the 1st time is A LOT of change to get used to. If you throw moving to a brand new place...well that is way too much change IMO. You should adjust to being married and make a decision about moving out of state then. JMO.
