If one more person tells me 'Oh you must be so happy your son is finally in Kindergarten! That makes it sooo much easier/cheaper/whatever now!' I might hit them.
Yes. It would be easier IF I were a stay at home mom. YES ... it might be cheaper if I worked from 10-3 and didn't have another child in full day pre-school.
As it is....
I didn't get hom until almost 9 last night. I was late to work. I have ZERO gas because I haven't had time to stop for any. I have to leave work at 3 to get my son at the bus stop, then bring him back to work until my FH can pick him up at 4:30. I have to work until 6. Then I have to get home, feed the troops and get to Parent Night at the school by 6:45. After parent night I have to run to the store and pick up a nap mat, a pair of sweats and a blanket for my little guy for Wednesday. Then I have to get home - fo over whatever they brought home from school -with the obligatory oohing and ahhing... get their teeth brushed, faces washed, make sure everyone pees and has a glass of water. Then we have to get the bed time stories read, lullabyes sung, prayers prayed and goodnights said. THEN I have to shove a load of laundry in, prep dinner for Wednesday, make lunches for the next day and shower. After all this - I can sit at my PC, check for straggler work e-mails and maybe get some wedding planning done.
Is it ANY WONDER that I am soooo far behind on everything? There are all these posts about what people ARE having and are not having. Here is my answer. I am having NOTHING. Because I don't have time.
Well... that felt a little better....

Re: A little WHINE in the morning...
and you get for being such a good mommy. Just know that your sons are watching and when they grow up, they will tell everyone what a good mom you are and always were and you are nothing short of great. I hope you have a better, slightly less hectic day tomorrow.
