I know that this is just a shameless bid for sympathy, but I need some good vibes. FH and I need to have a long talk about many things tonight and I think it might get very ugly.
I just need some hugs and support.

Keep the faith. It'll be ok. You're definitely not the only one in thart situation. FH and I are in a stalemate with some issues, and I know hw frustrating and scary that can be. Maybe you want to take the problem to an outside person who may have solutions you hadn't thought of.
