A question about addressing my responses...

My fiance and I paying for our wedding ourselves. Our invitations are worded 'The honour of your presence is requested at the wedding of Bride and Groom...'

Naturally, our responses are going to be returned to us at our address, but how do I address the responses?

Do I do:

A) Groom and Bride
Address

B) Mr. Groom and Ms. Bride
Address

C) Address only

I would do it:

Mr. John Doe
Ms. Jane Doe
address

(Ms.) Jane Doe
(Mr.) John Deere (hee)

bride is usually first on these things
we just used first and last names

i have no clue what is the 'proper' way at all...that is what the vendor we used (family friend as well) suggested so we went with it
