A question for everyone

My co worker just asked me how long after getting married would i like to have a baby?

So i told her we plan on trying right after she was shocked telling me to wait whats the rush bla bla

Why do people have to tell you what to do can't they just say oh that's nice

So this has me thinking how long after are all of you going to wait?

We don't plan on waiting very long....I'm going to be 30 (which is definitely not old) and I had wanted to have a child by that point....gosh knows how long it will take to get pregnant so we won't wait that long.....but we have to make sure it's in the funds as well.....though I'm sure that is always gonna be a problem...

I want to have a baby right away I am def not getting any younger and I want my first baby before 30.

for awhile we were saying not until we are 30..so that would be about 3 1/2 to 4 years after the wedding (both of us will be 26 when we get married)...but lately i feel like we both might want to start sooner. Def not right away bc we want some time to buy a house, travel and enjoy being married, but maybe at 28 which would still give us 2 years

I hate it too when people always have something to say about what you want to do!!! We will probably wait until after my FH finishes his dissertation, mostly for financial reasons. Hopefully a year or 2 at most after we're married.

fh and i wanted to try on our honeymoon. but we r moving to vegas after our wedding so once we get settled in we will try forsome.

but you know what stinks...we deal with this question now and it makes us crazy...wait until we are actually married..then NOONE will leave us alone.

I will be 30 when we get married and FH will be 33... we're probably going to wait 3 or 4 years IF we decide to have kids. If it happens sooner it's not going to end my world but there is so much we want to do before we have kids... mainly travel (and pay of my student loans so I don't have to work) but we're not in a rush. We were only dating for a year when he proposed and will only be together for 2.5 years when we get married so we also want to enjoy some time being married without kids. It's different for every couple. Have kids when you want to. If you guys are ready then go for it!!!! Who cares what anyone else thinks if it is right for you.

I am so glad I am reading the updates! I didn´t realize so many people getting married were close to 30 or over. Now I don´t feel so old anymore!! (I just turned 29 last month!!)

FH wants to wait two years...I want to wait abt 4 yrs....Honestly when it happens it happens, cant put a timeline on mother nature


Most ppl ask me if the reason were getting married is bcuz IM PREGNANT....W*T*F!?!?!?!?!
