Ok girls here it is..

Q: Up to this point in planning how much is your wedding costing you?

WE are praying for no more than 30k... however this does not include my dress nor our honeymoon. dress was compliements of my mom and honeymoon is to be decided... also rd might be picked up by future in laws... if not add it to my bill... and its MY bill... who else is in that boat???

We are at about $18,000 for everything except the honeymoon. We are paying for everything ourselves and wonder everyday how we will pull it all off.

It will all be worth it in the end...right?

Al said and done my wedding for 70 people will be $25,000. My parentsare paying for reception so FH and I are paying $15,000.

agreed. when alls said and done id say we'll total about $50-$55k. were at $43 with all the majors except flowers and invites..but the flowers i have a hook up...but still. originally was thinking $30 with a spill over to $40...my hall alone is costing us $30..SIGH....

all i can say is thanks to my momma who has saved for this and my uncle who left her the money to save for this. he is a saint and she is an angel for not blinking an eye at spending it on this. and future inlaws are contributing as well..

About $17K but we havent booked a single vendor yet!!! So .. I should say $17K plus...TBD

let's just say we are over budget as well..however my parents and his parents are helping out so we dont have to cover all the costs...so anything from them is so greatly appreciated..

i probably should take a calculator and figure out how much has been spent

we are right on bugdet!

without hm, dress, etc (just vendors), we are at about $23K, we wanted to stay at $25K (but we are at about $30K with everythign)

we are buying a house, so we cant go over, or we will be poorer than ever!

I am amazed how u girls are keeping the cost down...ours...said and done will be about 60,000...am I the only one?? I thought I was being pretty reasonable!!

ours will turn out being that much but i am not happy about it.

Thats NOT including the honeymoon.........

And I don't even have a job,
Mortgage and school loans for both of us put us about half mill in the hole.......at this point whats another 70K? God I am soooo screwed

We're HOPING for 16k....but it's likely to become 17k.....

We're keeping that budget since it will only be about 65 people. That 16k is NOT including the honeymoon.... we're going to Istanbul.... you can tack on several more $k for that! but mmmm, worth it!

im with you on that one lori....im trying to keep it under 45,000 with EVERYTHING but have a mild heart attack everytime i add another item to the tab...lol
