A stupid question...
but I'm gonna ask anyway!
How do the vendors know which table to eat at? Do I make lil escort cards for them, or do I have someone in the BP tell them?

The hall probably takes care of it. My RH knows almost all of my vendors by now.

the hall makes them eat in the kitchen or another area. i dont think ive seen vendor eat with guests at tables.

My hall set up a table for the vendors next to where the DJ was set up.
