What is everyone doing for their garter? I was going to get mine from gingersnap since they have the sports one.
I've actually nixed the whole garter toss thing because 1 we don't have many single people attending and 2 because i'm embarrassed to have him lift my skirt in front of people. i know they don't go up high, but just don't want people to see these tree trunks.
Anyone else not doing things because of their weight?

im doing fake and prob from tri county....
garter i ordered one last yr for my friend who is also plus size it was so nice it was customized with their name n date n a swarzski crystal i forgot the webiste... but she is gonna find it n let me know since it says it on the box...

lol, i know. was telling FH last night and he was like there you go! wouldn't even know how to start one. now that this is in cyberspace someone has probably taken our idea and patented it already.

May I ask if any of you girls know a great place that offers Mother of Brides dresses in plus size. My mother found a dress but couldnt try it on because they didnt carry her size. It frustrates me that they do stuff like that? They should carry dresses in a sample size & plus size. Its ridiculous. Even though Im not a plus size i find it extremely irritating i cant imagine how it makes a girl that is plus size feel? If someone could help i would appreciate it. I want my mom to know what the dress she is paying for will look like on! HELP

I know my mom tried some dresses on at Fantasia Bridal in Rocky Point. I've heard a LOT of girls recommend Estelle's in Farmingdale as well.

would love that. curvy women are beautiful. i'm so lucky to have found someone who isn't into the stereotypical body. i'm not exactly happy with how big i am and i'm trying to do something about it, but he loves me rolls and all and that makes me beyond happy.

Your mom can try Estelle's on 110 in farmingdale and Macy's they both have a great selection. Davids bridal has all size but she may have to try another color.

me too. i've been on WW for about 3 weeks. It was hard as first, but I'm getting used to it.
