I ate a whole pint! I never do that...oh my god it must be stress....eeek....what will I be like in two months...I'm going be oozing out of my dress! I'd better never do that again!

It happens to all of us!!! My ice cream cravings have gone down a lot sine I switched to a low-carb diet. Now I keep a ample stock of the Atkins brownies, for those PMS emergencies!
