There is a wedding before mine in my ballroom that doesnt end until 6:30 pm
How will my florist get me my Bo-Ks by picture time when they can't set up my flowers until at last 6:45 pm??
Do they deliver the Bo-Ks than come back to set up the CP's later?? I'm confused.

We had our florist deliver my bouquet and DH's flower to the hotel at 7:15 am b/c the two of us were going to the arboretum to take pics before taking family and BP pics at the Crescent. The florist later went to the hall to set everything else up. Talk to your florist b/c I'm sure these situations have come up before. They'll know how to handle it.

usually they deliver the BOks to you prior to the ceremony and then later go to the site.
I am having mine delivered to me in the afternoon and also the flowers for church. Then later they will head over to the reception site.
Call them and ask.

My florist delivered our personals to my aunt's house at 2pm for the pictures. Then they went to the hall and set up the CPs and the Chuppah.

He may have a 2 man team. 1 driver may deliver your bo-k's then go take care of someone else's wedding. Then a different driver may come back to set up your CP's. They have the delivery people on schedules. But double check with them. It doesn't hurt to ask.
