We're making our own accommodation cards to put in our invites, FH matched the font and design of our invites... so we're going to print them later so we can stuff these envelopes.
But did you list the availability dates and prices of the hotels?
trying to attach what he made.
Should it say under each:
Available Oct 7 ~ 11 $140 & $160 the hotels are two different prices. eta- pic... it came out blurry on my work pc

we put the window of dates the pricing was valid for and the prices.
ETA: and also the last date to book the hotels at the rate reserved.

we didn't include the rate, but said this:
'In order to receive the special rate and ensure availability, room reservations must be made prior to September 2nd.'

I put 'In order to receive the special rate and ensure availability, room reservations must be made prior to September 7, 2010.' at the bottom.
I'll just edit the liweddings page to list the prices, so at least if they go online they'll see them.
