I had this situation, I addressed it as:
Dr. Brigette Smith and Mr. Matthew Smith

You would address it: Doctor Jane Jones
Mr. John Jones
On the inner envelope you would address them as Doctor Jones and Mr. Jones.
Notice also that you should not abbreviate the word doctor, and that you do not use the word 'and' to separate the husband and wife's names in this case.
