Adrienne's Cannot find three of my BM dresses MY HORROR STORY CONTINUED

I have six BMs. My sister/MOH went for her fitting today and they could not find her dress. They do not know where it went. It came in and it was signed for but they cannot find it or two other of my girls dresses. They think it might be in some sort of outside storage place but they are not sure. I am one inch away from freaking out. I am giving them until tomorrow. On top of that my mom's crackhead cousin responded to the wedding today with three instead of one. She decided she is bringing her two illegitimate children. She has custody of them for the summer an has no one to watch them. Isn't that nice. I have never met these kids before and we are not having any other kids at the wedding. My mother of course sees no problem with this because it is her wack job family. I HATE THIS!!! 37 days and counting!

hope they find the dress. my mom got her dress from there. Now I am nervous because it has not come in yet.

i am so sorry stay on top of them.... now i am really starting to worry.. i am ordering my last BM dress from them this week... i gave them a wedding date 2 months ahead of mine for this purpose

which Adrienne's is this? The one on Long Island or in Manhattan? Are they owned by the same people?

Can I start by saying they are the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. Wednesday I waited for two hours while they tried to find the dresses. They said they had no idea where they were but they showed me a signed invoice saying they all came in and they assured me they would be found. Thursday I went back and recieved attitude from everyone in the place saying they still had not found them but they must be in storage at the owners house. My question: why was that not checked last night? They could not give me an answer. I asked to speak to the manager and I was told there was no manager in. It turns out that that was the manager that told me that. I asked to speak with the owner, they told me she was not in. Five minutes later she comes into the room to pay everyone. She takes one look at us and runs out of the room. When I said wasn't that the owner the woman behind the counter ignored me and walked out of the room, another woman said yes that was her but she is leaving. Then after 45 minutes I was told to go home and thy would call me. 2 hours later and 1/2 hour before they close I called them. They put me on hold for 20 minutes then when the manager came on the phone (you remeber the one that didn't exist) she said this was the first she was hearing of it and that two of my dresses were never shipped. The other 3 were shipped over a month ago and the that sixth one was missing somewhere. Umm can someone please explain to me why 3 of my six dresses were shipped over a month and a half ago and one is missing when they were all ordered at the same time? What about the whole they have to be from the same dye lot thing. My guess is that they sold 3 of my dresses as prom gowns and when they realized their mistake they reordered the dresses rush ordered. When I brought this up to them they got very quiet and said maybe but they don't really know. Why else would they have a signed invoice saying all the dresses came in and botht he manager and the owner be avoiding me. What kind of professionalism is that. Just explain the situation to me I would totally understand, but when I cannot get a striaght answer I start to get crazy. Today, the story changes once again. They 'found' my sisters dress and she went for a fitting today. Her dress has a stain on the back. They other two dresses should be there on Monday, but apparently I never saw a signed invoice because the dresses were never delivered. Now they are calling me a liar and telling me that I could not have seen what I know I saw. All this and everyone in the place gave me a CRAZY attitude, like I stole the dresses and hid them. I am soooo frustrated it is ridiculous.

The one is Islip. Yes they are owned by the same people.

I was there on Wed too for my fitting! I had problems there too! But at least the seamstress was very nice and helpful! Good luck keep me posted! Hey your getting married the day b4 me! Can't wait till this is all over with!

My friend's sister got a prom dress there and they TOTALLY screwed it up. I've heard way too many bad things about this place. Hope it works out for you!!!!!!!!!

Oh my god! You poor thing!! I would stand outside with a freakin picket sign. I am so enraged for you. I will never ever let anyone I know ever shop there. What a complete SHITE HOLE!! I'm so sorry for what you are going through! I hope it all works out. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Having had my own troubles with my dress, I can totally empathize with you right now. Just keep on them and make sure they are working on making things right. In the end, if you are not happy, report them to the BBB. I have my fingers crossed that they straighten things out for you. Good luck!

Thanks for letting us know cause I will be sure to never go there and spread the word to my friends too.

On the other hand, I am so sorry for you. Is everything paid in full? I hope everything works out soon.

My dress is paid in full, and two of my BMs are paid in full (the two dresses that are missing). The othergirls put 100 down.

THeyreally need to get thier act together- sounds like a nightmare.

So sorry for thier incompetence- I hope they make good on thier mistakes.

I recently posted my experiences with Adrienne's and it was a complete horror story-similar to yours!

I agree as far as thier professionalism..... we had gotten my sister's bridesmaid gowns there and needless to say- I will NOT be using them!

I had my own horror story with them and some BM shawls I ordered thru them - 1st they denied I ordered them - but that ended quickly and after playing phone tag and my mother going there MANY times (I now live in MI so I couldn't go down there) they finally gave them to her after about 4 months - when they told me at the time I ordered them 4-6 weeks TOPS!
