Adrienne's Cannot find three of my BM dresses MY HORROR STORY CONTINUED

I have six BMs. My sister/MOH went for her fitting today and they could not find her dress. They do not know where it went. It came in and it was signed for but they cannot find it or two other of my girls dresses. They think it might be in some sort of outside storage place but they are not sure. I am one inch away from freaking out. I am giving them until tomorrow. On top of that my mom's crackhead cousin responded to the wedding today with three instead of one. She decided she is bringing her two illegitimate children. She has custody of them for the summer an has no one to watch them. Isn't that nice. I have never met these kids before and we are not having any other kids at the wedding. My mother of course sees no problem with this because it is her wack job family. I HATE THIS!!! 37 days and counting!

I AM TOTALLY FREAKING OUT!!

I ORDERED EVERYTHING FROM THERE!!! BM dressed, my dress, FG dress, veil.. OMG.

I had such a great experience with them so far, infact, they just called me to let me know that my veil came in, i was goiing to pick it up next monday. this is making me so nervous.

I feel so sorry for the situation your in, I had the same problems with management there!! It was very fustrating, I would call and they would give me the run around or leave me on hold for at least 20 min. I hope everything turns out better for you, in the end it all worked out for me, but the extra stress was not needed the two weeks before my wedding!! I know exactly how you feel..Good luck!!!

I had to deal with Adrienne's as well for my MOH...they were HORRIBLE...something similar..lost the dress, etc.

Then, while I was there, a girl was picking up her MOH dress, and there was a huge black stain on the back of it. She was so upset, and instead of Adrienne's apologizing, they said, 'well it's not in the front of the dress, you shouldn't see it!'

I will never recommend them, I've been hearing so many bad things.

I hope everything works out with you.

The dye lots do vary and and the reason your dresses got shipped at different times was because they were different styles. I understand this is a stressful time for you, and I hope everything is working out now. As for the comment Kathy1116 posted there is no way that anyone in the Maids cottage told you that if there was a stain in the back that no one would see it, if so I would like to know a name because its not good to lie about things and trash a store that has more good things coming out then bad, and people with nothing better to do come online to write about things that aren't important, i think some of you forgot the true meaning of a wedding!!!

Why don't you tell us? Did you save face and solve the problem or do we all now know that not only are you COMPLETELY unprofessional and horrible at your business you're such a waste of time and effort that you had to try to save face by coming on here and tossing remarks like this?

True Meaning of Wedding..
THE BIG DAY.. did you miss that?

Once or twice is easy to forgive but hiding, not calling, acting like they know nothing.. that makes it annoying in ANY circumstance. Do you know the True meaning of professionalism? From Websters: 1. the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person.

In which case Adrienne's has show a total lack of professionalism.

So before you go off calling other folks a 'liar' you'd better be able to prove you were a fly on the wall when it happened otherwise you're just wasting space.

Having had a very similar problem with Bridal Suite in Patchogue I am going to make the very strong suggestion that you call the manufacturer and tell them what is going on. All of the sudden when brides call the manufacturer answers suddenly come. If you want to FM me or do a search of what happen with me please feel free.

OMG how disgusting of the owner or manager of this store to write something like this. Funny when I posted about my dress thing how the owner came on here and posted too!! The person that wrote this should be COMPLETELY ashamed of themselves and realize how much worse and UNCOMPASSIONATE they just made their store look!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The funny thing is that all of my dresses were not found. They are still missing one of them. Theya re all differetn styles but I never said that before. You would think that some people would be able to own up to their mistakes and appologize not make things worse and become more insulting. I would just like to thank them for proving my point.

I just want to clarify that I do not work there, I was a customer there and i had a similar problem with my dress being 'misplaced' i gave them time and they pulled through, i had a wonderful experience in the maids cottage and with the sales people in the big house. I was just saying that there is good in this place too, i was a BM in my sisters wedding a year ago and everything went smoothly, just keep on speaking to the same person when you call and you will get things accomplished.

This actually not a stressful time for me. Things were going rather smoothly until this. I never forgot about the things that were important in a wedding and to me it is about the marriage not the wedding. However, the way I was treated is what got me upset, not the loss of the dresses. I think I handled the situation rather well and was very understanding despite the customer service. I understand things happen. I am actually a pretty laid back person. I can work with missing dresses I get upset with disrepect.

I just wanted to add that by making these posts I was not trying to bad mouth anyone or stress any other brides out. I was just using this as a forum to vent about a unfortuante sitatuion I had to deal with. I thought that was what this board was for. I actually have not had any major problems with my birdal gown which is also there, again some of the people there have not been the greatest, but whatever. I am not looking for any other drama. I have future in laws for that.
