I went for my hair trial tonight. I have SUPER streight long hair (wouldn't even take a perm in the 80's). I had it styled half up - half down at a very 'upscale salon' Ummm ... the curl was gone by the time I got home. If this hair type is yours - I know I am going with an up-do.

my hair is the same way - my perm in 8th grade lasted just a few days. it just won't take even the slightest bit of curl.
i am definitely going to go with an up-do. i know that if even just half of it were down i'd be fussing with it. i just want it out of my face and in a set style all day.

i also have super straight hair and i didnt have a problem with curly half up and half down. i just had a heck of a lot spray

I wish i had pin straight hair. I have very long wavy hair-but not a nice wave-and i have to straighten it-takes about an hour so i really envy the pin straight ladies.

I have pin straight hair. My stylist will probably have to shellack it to have the 1/2 up 1/2 down hair I want .
