Me and FH have a really tiny budget and really big families.
We are super flexible on our date though.
Can anyone think of super affordable venues/vendors?
We're open to all-inclusive.
We're also open to 'alternative' receptions:
Dessert Brunch Cocktail
We have OOT so I'm trying to stay away from Dessert Only.
Thanks so so much!

Re: Affordable Venues
Brentwood Country Club is all inclusive and uses pretty nice vendors. I believe Mediterranean Manor is also but we didn't visit there so I don't know much about it. Timber Point CC and West Sayville CC have very affordable prices as well!! HTH!

A friend of mine is having her reception at The Beach Club Estate in Lake Ronkonkoma. VERY good price and it's all inclusive. Good luck and happy planning!

Re: Affordable Venues
i think if you are flexible on dates there are a lot of vendors that will give you a good deal for off season on a sunday
try: swan club leaonards Jericho terrace crest hollow
edit - they are not all inclusive though...you would still need to do your dj, florist etc

Re: Affordable Venues
I got married at Verdis of Westbury that was affordable. We were looking to spend an arm and a leg on the wedding. I give them an A....

Re: Affordable Venues
Miller Place Inn is affordable and also offers a package deal (not your typical all-inclusive venue which is a huge plus).
Other reasonably priced RHs:
Swan Club Westbury Manor Smithtown Landing

this
they particularly have a winter package that i think is only january and february
$10K for 100 people plus you get a ton of other things like limos and photographer or something like that
definitely give them a call
or swan club came in at the lowest price from all the RHs i saw - $60pp plus tax and gratuity
my sweet 16 was at verdis of westbury which was awesome and i think my parents paid like $30pp back then but that was over 10 years ago and was a sweet 16

Sans Souci in Sea Cliff was really pretty & really cheap. The views were great and they were really negotiable with their pricing.

Re: Affordable Venues
I just saw an ad for The Sands at Lido Beach - that they have a package for $11,000. I have no idea what it includes or what the place is like, but the pics on line look nice.

Re: Affordable Venues
I would just think of having a wedding on an off season like nov, dec and jan even march can be more affordable. You can even go to a restaurant like the snapper inn or the view !! Just call and ask prices you never know whats affordable until you do!

Crest Hollow! But I'm bias of course :)
I see that you planned a February wedding, my Banquet Manager tried convincing us to move from May to Jan or Feb because it is a good $20 less pp. Let us know when you make your decision!
