Mediterranean Manor has like all inclusive deals. It is in Patchogue. Also Miller Place Inn has all inclusive deals. Not sure if you will get 3,000 tho. HTH

Check with the Coral House they have an indoor and outdoor ceremony area and a small room within your budget.

Look into Smithtown Landing CC, only its in Suffolk. Ceremony and reception in on the grounds and the food is amazing.
for these prices, i would try a Knights of columbus or VFW? it was very popular to have weddings at these places back in the day

Re: Affordable Wedding Reception/ceremony
Depending on your style, check out the Douglaston Manor, the Westbury Manor, Sans Souci, The Fox Hollow and then negotiate with the banquet managers for the best price. If you choose winter, Thurs or Friday, Sat or Sunday during the day or a holiday, you will get a lower price but it may not be ideal for your guests. FYI $65/pp is on the low end with $80/pp being average and $90+pp is above average. You then have to figure in tax of around 17% and Maitre dee tip. Depends on your budget and what ambience you are looking for. I loved the Douglaston Manor because I got a great big grand ballroom with a 100 person minimum where as the Westbury Manor wants a min of 150 people or else they will stick you up on the second floor into the Hill Room which is nice but tight. Most places want a min 150 usually. Hope this helps.

Re: Affordable Wedding Reception/ceremony
yes, Verdis and Swan Club both come to mind, but not sure about Crest Hollow since the smallest party they'll have is around 75-100. We wanted this size, but for our room we were told a minimum of 120; since we loved the hall, we just increased our size.
To save money, you may also opt to have a buffett instead of a sitdown meal, or a cocktail reception. HTH!

Re: Affordable Wedding Reception/ceremony
Larkfield Manor, on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon (even in the summer) quoted me about $60/pp in their garden room (which comes to about $4400, everything included. That's wedding, cocktail hour, reception, tax and I think 18% administrative fees). I am told that they sometimes do $50/pp instead, so I would definitely give them a call.
Sunset Harbour, for an afternoon wedding, quoted my parents about $6500 for 75 people. By my best calculation that means for 50 people, everything included it would be like $4400, same as Larkfield Manor.
This being said, a lot of the places that normally charge $60+ per person are willing to bring their price down if, say, you don't want a cocktail hour or you want to cut out one of the courses for dinner. Most of them won't do it on a Saturday night, but especially places like Larkfield Manor, Sunset Harbour or really any place that has a second ballroom designated for smaller groups should be able to get you down to $3000 or at least close to it on a Saturday afternoon. You just might be required to haggle and be willing to compromise with time etc. The most important thing is to talk to the places that really interest you and seem close to your budget, because especially this close to your wedding (3 months away wow :) ) If they have the date available then they will want to fill it ASAP and they will be willing to work within your budget.

But that's everything for 100 guests. For 50 guests without all the photography and centerpieces included she should be able to get 3-4k.

Re: Affordable Wedding Reception/ceremony
I agree with the person who said Verdis. I see you have your heart set on June 23rd, you might want to consider possibly moving it to the 'off season' where prices are much lower. You might have more options this way and you'll def get more for your dollar.

Re: Affordable Wedding Reception/ceremony
Westbury Manor has a minimum of 84 for the downstairs Garden Room, but the Hill Room upstairs is less I'm sure because it is smaller, but I think it's charming and really pretty. You can also do a ceremony there. The only other things I can think of are out in Suffolk. I looked at Trumpets at the Gate and it's a separate building next to a restaurant, but you can have an awesome waterfront ceremony and the room is gorgeous. It's a good size so you could probably have that many people there. Congrats!!

Re: Affordable Wedding Reception/ceremony
try the swan club, and ask for jordana
we have a guarentee of 75 guests for the middle room, but they do have a smaller room for under 75 guests which we are using for our cocktail hour if its rainy or chilly.
