I need a makeup artist that specializes in women of color- and if anyone knows a salon that cuts and styles short hair. I would love to go and have my makeup and hair done at the same place- I am willing to travel as far as queens. Thank You
I don't know of any salons that do both hair and make-up. When I live in NY I went to Absolute Hair Success in Uniondale. Paula does a great job with short hair.
