I suggest checking with the place of ceremony first to see what is allowed. Seeds are not allowed in many places now. We went to the FH's brother's wedding last year and they did the rose petals. Personally, I thought they were a dud. They didn't go far. They were not in cones though. We are using bubbles only because that is all they allow. I saw streamers today that I thought would be awesome but messy.
