So we are having an after party at a hotel bar after our day wedding. I really want to wear my dress all night (I want to get my $$ worth). However, I do want to be prepared if I am uncomfortable in the dress all day and night. Which outfit do you think would be best to change into if need be? TIA

I would go with the party dress, only because the sweatsuit reminds me too much of 'pre-wedding' not 'post-wedding'.
However, you do what you feel most comfortable in for that environment!! It is your day and I'm sure you will look fabulous in either

I voted for the sweatsuit b/c, just like your dress, you will never get to wear anything that says 'bride' again!
But I am sure you will get to wear a cute white party dress again.

tough choice...i chose sweatsuit because to change out of your gown you will have to be pretty uncomfortable and I dont know If I would want to put on another dress after.

I would keep wearing the dress but have a change of clothes just in case.
By the end of the night my A-line bra was killing me - it was about 13 hours later so it was understandable.

I third that! Once my wedding dress was off my sweat pants and tank top from the morning were back on. Coming into our hotel we saw a lot of people at the bar and they were very casual (jeans/sweaters). I didn't see anyone in a dress and I know a bride and groom were there as we were invited to toast & celebrate with the other newly married couple.

that's what i was thinking. if you're going for comfort, you'll be a lot happier to put on the sweat suit at the end of the night.
