After party help!

My fiancé and I want to have a decent after party. I thought of the hotel thing which is still an option, but we wanted something a little 'more' because our reception ends at 6:30pm, and it's on a Saturday night in early September. We and our families/friends are all huge partiers and are definitely going to want to hang after. Our reception is at The Inn at New Hyde Park. Any and all suggestions are so greatly appreciated.

If you get any response to this, please let me know. We are seriously considering the inn for a Saturday afternoon wedding in August but am concerned about the 12 pm start time for ceremony. Were you able to push this back at all? What has been your experience with them so far? I've met with one of the sales managers and she's been accommodating so far.
