If you're TTC you should stay laying down for at least 20 mins but the longer the better (so they say).

I am trying to conceive, and I do try to stay in bed for 20 min or more but to no avail, it still happens. It's so frustrating!! I wonder what causes this?

it's a mix of semen and your lubrication/cervical mucus.

It's inevitable when you don't use any protection....

i was wondering this the other night ( sorry if TMI) we are not TTc yet but we arent really do anyting not to either if that makes sense. amnyway i was thinking about this and i am not at the point yet where I lay there for 20 monutes trying. I assume people and i mean plenty of people have gotten pregnant not doign this as well right??

Trust me you can still easily get pregnant if you don't lie there for 20 minutes.

It's all about gravity. What goes up must come down. I've tried elevated legs and hips under the pillow too, but nothing yet.
