.... how do you help nurture your nails back to good health!

i was going to am AMAZING woman at Bruno's Salon in Brooklyn. When, she went on vacation and than I went on vacation so I had another person do them for 1/2 the price. Needless to say 'you get what you pay for!' b/c the other person's work kept breaking and chipping. i got so frustrated this morning this i soaked them all off. there's damage to the nails so I want to try and get them healthy & strong again.

tips???
