So who has done their Thank You Cards already? HOw long afterwards did you send? Did you do a picture card
I am waiting for my pro pics to come in but it is taking a while & I don't know if I should wait or start with thanks yous now?
What did you write in yours?
As you can tell I was all organized before the wedding but afterwards, I am a mess..lol

i'm currently working on mine - we waited to get pro pics...because we're using Snapfish cards and there is room for 8 pics on it...
we're going to write a personal note in each one...i'm sure it'll come to me as i write it...

Thank you for the info. I like the snapfish idea.
I didn't know how long did I have after the wedding to send the thank you's. I want to wait for them but didn't know if I should send something out in the meantime saying thank you.

i was going to do accordian cards from kodak but now i think i'm going to make my own thank you cards (that match the DIY stuff i made for the wedding) and just include a pic inside. i don't anticipate getting them out until end of july at the earliest!

I am anal about getting RSVPs out promptly, and didn't want to wait for photo cards, so we ordered thank yous that match our invites (ivory linen paper with script). They came in last week and we've been using them already for gifts we've received before the wedding.
I want to try to get all of our thank yous out within a month, because the longer I wait the closer I get to exams. I might address the envelopes in advance to save time after the wedding.

dh and I sent ours out yesterday, we did the picture thank you's. we loved them. I cannot wait to hear feed back on them.

I got a sample of them (i paid for it naturally) and i liked them - but i LOVED the Snapfish ones!!

I got my picture thank yous already...i had them withing 2 months. They will be out within the next 2 weeks...so I will have them all done by 3 months after. Get them done! You will be glad in the long run!

I got my pics on a disc, this week I will pick out the pic I will use for the TY cards. I want to get this ball rolling because I am dreading writing them all out!

I did mine with in a month of being married. I had my proofs with in two weeks, ordered thank you cards spent two evenings writing them out and sent them out to be delivered exactly on our one month ann. Scary huh? hahaha
You have up to a year but i say 6 months you should have those suckers sent out.
I had a picture on the card as the cover, a preprinted message inside of something to the effect of thank you for your kindness, etc. And then I wrote thank you for ( sharing our day with us) or (thinking of us on our wedding day) and if a gift was given a mention of that gift.

I havent sent mine out yet. I was waiting for the pro pics, and I just ordered the cards yesterday. Im hoping to start getting them out next week...I feel like its already past the time they should have gone out (but thats just my neuroses)

We wrote ours within 2 weeks of the wedding, but waited until after the HM to get our pro pics and insert one of those. I think they were sent 7-8 weeks after the wedding (although we did have to re-write one or two based on subsequent events). We just wanted the bulk of the work done before we left.
I did go to a wedding in December and still haven't gotten a TY.

I did the accordian ones. I found these prices. 1-10 $3.49 each 11-25 $3.29 each 26-50 $3.09 each 51-100 $2.69 each 101+ $2.49 each
I only got 30 TY cards they were a $$$ but it was so worth it, everyone loved them
