For my reception, I always wanted our room filled with candles...but I am having an afternoon reception and my hall has skylights....
Here is the question: Is there sense in using candles? Is it going to look odd because its daytime? Are you girls using candles?
Not sure what I should do.....

Hmm, I wouldn't FILL the room with candles but you can include them to add a nice touch. Incorporate one into your centerpiece or maybe just on the dais. Even in the afternoon with skylights I think the feeling that candles bring will be a nice touch to add to the romance.

im usisng candles even though its a day reception..and to be honest i hadnt thought twice about it until your post..HAHAHA! but i really dont think it wil be bad at all....candles are georgous..AND if its something youve always wanted then go fo rit!
