Ahhhh... a spin off from JessesGirl's post....

Situation:
You are married for I dunno, let's say 5 years. You found out your husband cheated on you. One time, there was no relationship, just a quick screw, do you forgive him?

This question always swirls around the office as a 'what if' question. I'm never able to answer it because I've never been in that sort of situation so I don't know how I would react or what I would do
I know what I would like to do, but until I was in that situation I would never know what I would do.

okay.. if he never talked to her again...like no contact 4ever and ever...i would forgive him but hed go through hell...AND id have a 'get out of jail free' card if ya kno what i mean


if he like..did it with someone who he has contact with regularly NEVER.

but id be completely hurt. im not good with 2nd chances...so he knows better. hahaha


i mean i could just turn around and leave and never look back.

how do I find out? Does he confess, or do I find out from someone else? That might make a difference..
I'd be majorly pissed I don't know if I could forgive him. All the trust would be gone that's for sure.

HAHAHAHAHAHA jeanine.

i think how i found out would play a big role.. but when FH and i started dating like with in the first month he cheated on me 2 times with his Ex that he cheated on with me it was a super sticky situation... but i let it go but i still bring it up sometimes how ive never ever done anything and he cheated 2 times in the begining and he always tells me to stop since it was so long ago... so if we were married i think id call it quits on him... i dont deserve that!! but i dont know how i would react untill gofd forbid it happen

i'm no angel myself so i definitely believe in second chances i would give him ONE pass ( obviously i am not going to tell him this )

i dont think i would be able to forgive him.

thats a hard decsion to make if it hasnt happned...my FSIL is going through this right now and she is staying with him but there's no trust ...no love ..nothing... just hatred ...especially since the girl is like 18 !!!!!!!
