Situation:
You are married for I dunno, let's say 5 years. You found out your husband cheated on you. One time, there was no relationship, just a quick screw, do you forgive him?

I don't understand the 'he gets one pass only'... IMO, NO! He doesn't get any passes! And niether do I!

We're going into this trusting one another and being true to one another. God forbid he ever 'wanders' I'm not going to shrug my shoulders and say 'well, you've used up your one free-be, next time you're in real trouble!...'

I just hope to God that I, and no one here, ever has to deal with such a heartache like that.... but like I said earlier, I don't know what I would do...

OMG I hope no one thinks that i would be like 'oh you cheated - well secretly i have been saving up this *get out of divorce free * card and now everything is hunky dory. . .LOL

we would have to go to couples counseling, maybe even live seperately for a little while, it would be HUGE process but i would try to make it work bc thats what I believe marriage is about. . .

just wanted to clarify so no one thought i was an air head!

its hard to sit back and watch ...but i kinda get mad at her because she lets it just happen and then she caters to him...like buying him things and stuff like that ! it sooo aggravating ...i feel bad for my FH because he doesnt know what to do ...he wants to kill him but has to sit back and watch since she is staying with him

I don't think I could ever truly forgive him because it would always be in the back of my mind which would eventually ruin our relationship.

No second chance here. If I give you my trust and you break it, then you lose.
