Air Fresheners for Valet

I read this on a Bride's Review...

What a cute ending to a wedding!

She had the valet put an air freshener in her guest's car at the end of the night. Air freshener had their names and wedding date on it.

I believe there is a vendor on here who makes them. Check 'vendors' and it should come up.

Its a nice idea in theory...but it may cause some problems.

Once FH had a watermelon air freshner in his car and I wanted to throw up because I hate the smell of watermelon scent. So, your guests might not appreciate having their car smell like a scent they absolutely hate or may be allergic to.

The bride who did it had the valet keep the clear wrapper on allowing her guests to decide whether or not they want to use it.

That is SUCH a cute idea. I agree with previous posts that it may irritate a guest... for instance, my mom HATES things with fragrance because it gives her a headache immediately, but if they stay wrapped up I think it is so adorable.

I can't wait to find out how much they are....I guess it's one of those things you have to order closer to the wedding.

I'm definitely going to tell valey to keep it in the wrapper. I will let my guests decide whether or not they want to open it.

i agree with colleen....just make sure they are packaged so the scent doesn't release in the car. this way if your guest hates that particular scent, its not a big deal.

i loved this idea, but FH vetoed it cuz air freshners make him really sick, he gets a bad headache and gets queezy so he doesn't want to make people sick if they get that way too... so no air freshners for us...
