I was so thrilled when I saw the promo because now I know it is really going to happen! Kathy-you must have jumped when you saw it!

Funny thing--I actually got my raw footage in the mail on Friday and I couldn't believe it! And now I know why he didn't want to send it. It was only an hour and 24 minutes long. The edited tape was an hour and 10 minutes.
When I booked him, he told me he'd have 2 plus hours of footage. For a 9 hour day of filming, one and a half hours does not seem like very much. I thought some of the things that weren't in the edited tape would be on the raw, but no such luck. He even told us when we screened the footage with him that he ran out of tape (indicating a 2 hr tape) but when we watched the footage ourselves it's clear his battery ran out! I'm disappointed some things were missed but ultimately I know how lucky I am to have what I have.

Oh-and Kathy told us to watch past the end of our wedding on the tape and, of course, there's someone else's wedding! Sabrina and Dave, I think! Yes, he doesn't even use a new tape for each bride! I guess quality isn't high on his list.

It just goes to show that he cheats brides on every level.
He takes deposits and skips town (some brides here know that very well!)
He shows up to the wedding late or not in good shape so a bride gets poor video.
And the biggie, he runs off with dozens of brides' videos and they don't hear from him again until the Problem Solvers' knock on his door (and even that didn't do it alone-we had to contact him and keep on him to send the tape).

And ladies, I thought you would be amused by this. This line comes straight from the Videomaker brochure:
'Because we operate from a home office so you always know where you can reach us. We're not going anywhere so you can book with confidence.'
I'm not kidding!

So girls please alert your friends to watch this broadcast, especially if they know people in the Buffalo, NY area (where he has indicated he plans to start up again). We must stop Videomaker from ever doing this again!

Okay, enough. Yes it's Frank and it's time for me to respond to the lies and gossip being spread about me on this website.
#1. I am not now nor have I ever been a partner in videomaker. If you want to be the detectives some of you claim to be, check the town records. You will not find my name listed in any way, shape or form as a partner, co-owner or otherwise. This misconception may have started as an assumption on your part or he may have said it, but it is not true.
#2: I AM a DJ and have been for many years and quite successfully. If Kathy would like to be honest for a change she will tell you what a great job was done at her brother's wedding and hers. It seems to me that her comments come from her bad experience with Mark and it just flowed over to me. Let's remember, her wedding was in July and her negative comments about me didn't start until this mess with Mark 5 months later. As for the lawsuit she was so thrilled to report to you about, let me fill you all in on some details she conveniently left out. The first part of her claim was that she didn't have an MC at her wedding, but she testified that I made all the announcements right up to the end. Well, isn't that what an MC does?? The second part of her claim was that she didn't get a light show. She then entered into evidence a photo from her wedding that clearly shows me, my system and the LIGHTS! Thanks, Kathy. The photo also shows that I had to set up on a stage with a 6 foot ceiling which did not make it possible to use the stands for the lights, further proving my case. Thanks, again.
#3: There have been many comments made about me on this website by people who never met me and don't know the facts. From September on, Mark had no transportation and as a result I either took him to or shot the weddings for him. Had it not been for me, many of you would not have a video to look at or chase after. By the way, most of the time I didn't get a dime for my efforts, time or gas. So, in a way, I was a victim, too.
#4: I have seen 1 or 2 posts by people claiming to be attorneys. If this is the case then you must be familiar with the term 'Slander'. Most of the comments being made about me are by people jumping on this bandwagon without knowing any of the background. You might want to think about what you say in the future.
#5: Contrary to the attempts being made to tarnish my reputation on this website, I will continue to be the good person I am. You see, I did nothing wrong unless you count trying to help someone in need. When this whole mess started with him leaving, it was assumed that I knew where he was. I tried to tell you then and I will tell you again now, I knew nothing. Out of frustration, some of you resorted to nasty phone calls and threats thinking this would change the fact that I couldn't help you. I truly hope you all get your videos and as for the rest of you, I hope once the 'Problem Solvers' airs that you will get on with your lives. You got your revenge. It's time to move on.

WHEN YOU SAID YOU DID THE ANNOUNCEMENTS AND YOU WERE MY MC.....I THEN ASKED YOU WHO WAS MY DJ THEN?? AND U SAID MARK'S '16' YEAR OLD SON !!! IN YOUR BROCHURE IT STATES MY PACKAGE INCLUDES TWO TRAINED PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINERS........WHERE WERE MY TWO??????????????????

FACT #2: LET'S TALK ABOUT HONESTY !! YES, I SHOWED A PICTURE OF THE WHOLE SET UP...IF I HAD ANYTHING TO HIDE WHY WOULD I SHOW IT?? DUH !!! IT SHOWED ONE LITTLE LIGHT ON TOP OF A SPEAKER !! THAT'S WHAT I PAID $250 FOR?? I THINK NOT !! YOU SAID IT WAS MY JOB TO TELL YOU THAT U WERE ON A STAGE....PRETTY FUNNY I WOULD THINK THAT WOULD BE YOUR JOB....IN ANY EVENT YOU ADMITTED I HAD NO RACK OF LIGHTS, SO WHY NOT JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK???

FACT #3: YOU SAY U HAD NO IDEA WHERE MARK WENT??? HAHAAH THAT'S FUNNY BEING YOU MADE A PHONE CALL TO A BRIDE ABOUT A MONTH AFTER MARK SPLIT AND TOLD HER YOU HAD HER VIDEO AND NEEDED TO PICK UP THE FINAL PAYMENT !!!!!!!!! AND YOU DID PICK UP THE FINAL PAYMENT !!! THAT'S RIGHT.......YOU DID !!! AND YOU TOLD HER IT HAD TO BE CASH !!! SO, IF YOU AREN'T INVOLVED IN THIS.......WHY WOULD YOU BE DOING THAT????

FACT #4: WHEN U WERE CALLED AND ASKED IF U KNEW WHERE MARK WAS.......WHY DID YOU TELL ME AND THE OTHER 'THREE' VICTIMS ON THE PHONE TO GO F*(& OURSELVES AND GO TO BLOCK BUSTER AND GET A WEDDING VIDEO??? THAT'S VERY PROFESSIONAL OF YOU !!!!

FACT #5: MY INTENTIONS WERE NEVER TO SUE YOU AFTER THE WEDDING BECAUSE MARK TOLD ME HE WOULD SPEAK TO YOU ABOUT MY LIGHTS AND HE WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE HE FELT TERRIBLE SINCE HE RECOMMENDED ME TO YOU..AND SAID THAT WAS HIS LAST RECOMMENDATION HE WAS GOING TO DO FOR YOU.........WELL, HE DID SPEAK TO YOU AND YOU TOLD HIM, 'F HER, SHE'S NOT GETTING A F-ING DIME'....... THEN WHEN I SPOKE TO YOU.....YOU HAD THE SAME RESPONSE FOR ME........SO HERE WE ARE......WAITING FOR OUR DECISION FROM THE COURT.....

FACT#6: YOU ALSO CURSED OUT MY PHOTOGRAPHER, FRANK !!! WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT??? AND NOT TO MENTION ONE OF MY GUESTS WHEN THEY ASKED FOR A SONG YOU DIDNT HAVE, AND WHEN MY GUEST WALKED AWAY YOU HAD A FEW CHOICE WORDS FOR HIM WHICH MY GUESTS SITTING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU HEARD YOU SAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few more points. This is Shellmarie's husband. When we spoke on the phone after this whole mess started, you insisted that you had nothing to do with Videomaker. Then why did you end up in Mark's apartment taking his computer system for the business and then calling brides and telling them that YOU had their finished tape and YOU would deliver it??? Mark even admitted that he had an agreement with you where you could deliver whatever was finished and he would only work on new edits up in his little Buffalo hidewaway.

By the way, I saw Kathy's video and the fact that you used one speaker for a room that size tells me an awful lot about your supposed 'professionalism.' Maybe that's why the sound was so distorted, because you were trying to make up for not having the right gear by cranking up the volume. Yeah, that works!

This is Shellmarie. Frank can try to defend himself. I don't care what he says, though, as our main problem is with Mark. However, Frank has just admitted he 'aided' Mark and will have to face the legal consequences eventually. And the fact is there were several brides unhappy with his DJ services. But we welcome any bride to chime in with their good experienecs to get a balanced view. Any out there? (Ha!)
The main point of these boards is for brides to help brides and it's our duty to warn girls about our own experiences.
Plus, I remember going to Mark's house and Frank was there and Mark introduced him as his partner. Funny, Frank didn't deny that at the time. In fact, I think he shook our hands and said hi!
