It depends on what the place is offering. All inclusive means no worries, except for shopping, so I prefer that for the HM.

well my hotel doesnt off all inclusive (atlantis in bahamas) but it does offer meal plans, so im gonna go with the cheaper meal plan, this way if i want to eat somewhere else its not a big deal, and their plans dont include drinks anyway so thats also why ill get the cheaper one
That place is beautiful! You are going to have so much fun there.

It depends on where you are going, IMO.
Definitely agree with this. I love the All-Inclusive concept. But FH and I went to an AI in Mexico and we hated it!!! The selection of restaurants was non-existent!!! So it's important to do your research.

we're doing all-inclusive because we don't want to have to worry about money or argue about it either...after all the arguing we've been doing about the wedding..i think it'll be a nice break to not have to worry about how much dinner and drinks will be on our honeymoon

I feel stongly about this. However if we go to Hawaii we will have to pay for everything seperately.
Check this out . . . .I think my FH and I might be doing this ! ! Or we might do the Pride of America cruise. Only 'downfall' is that drinks aren't included and you have to pay extra for excursions that you might take. We have to figure out the $$ to see which would be a better deal

i travel a lot as well and prefer not to do all inclusive. I think this really depends on your personal traveling style. I dont like being restricted to resort eating, as I really enjoy exploring and getting outside hotel grounds. FOr me its not worth it.
That being said, if you are really a resort kind of person, it could really work out better for you. I have friends who exclusively travel all-inclusive.
