ALL STAR LIMOUSINE!!!!!!!

I called today for prices on Limo's... I cant tell you how they are in business, The lady was so rude and rotten I was disgusted!! And when I asked how much the Ford Excursion cost she said ' $180 /hr plus tolls... like u can afford it. ' WHAT B@LLS !!!!
No one deserves to be treated that way........

I've only heard positive things about this company from people who have used them. We went there and they were so nice. I can't believe someone would talk to you like that. Are you sure you had dialed the right number? Seems too rude to be.

They guy was so nice to me... He told me the price on just about every thing they had... and was very helpful. Not to mention they have every car /truck you want. Great selection !!

That was extremely rude. I'm so surprised. They came highly recommended by friends of ours who used them. I've also heard nothing but good things about them through others also.
That is really terrible. I would be ****ed off too.
Shame on them!!

I had an appointment with them yesterday and I cancelled because of the weather. I rescheduled for Monday night. I guess I will still take a look, but I will defintely have your comments in the back of my mind.

Im surprised they treated you like that. I call them on a daily basis to book cars and have never had a problem. I speak to Kathy of Debby. I even recomended them to my sister who got married in May. There is no excuse for what they did, but in my opinion they are a great company and if you want someone reliable that is them.

Hi. For those of you who don't know already, I am livinnsin's sister and I have to agree with her. I really did have a great experience for my wedding in May. The drivers went above & beyond what was expected! I am sorry this happened to you. Maybe the thing to do is call and back and confront her (it probably was Debbie, she always answers the phone). Maybe she is having a bad day (something personal) but that is no way an excuse, I am just saying. Ask her why she treated you like that and you were considering them and they might lose a customer. Maybe that will give her a chance to apologize and you will get the benefit of a great company with really nice drivers and immaculate cars. It is a shame though you had this experience becuase that first phone call is always the maker or breaker. But honestly they are a very reliable company with very well kept, clean cars. I am relly suprised by theis as well. We have booked them for our Wedding and that was after we cancelled our contract with Alexa Rae (what a mistake). We dealt with Debbie and she was as nice as can be and she made suggestion for drop off/pick ups with the party bus that are saving us tons of money.

I used them for my wedding. They were ok. We did have to give them directions to our church thoug, the last thing I needed to do as I was nervous enough. They also took a long route to Flowerfield when I just wanted to get there already and there was a MUCH quicker way. Also, the limo drivers were very helpful, but a little TOO much. Before the church I was nervous and when I was getting in and out of the car they were kind of directing everything.

Why does it seem that all limo companies have negative stories...

I used AllStar and had nothing but fabulous service...I'm sorry that you were treated that way...

but I have seen/heard stories about SO many of the limo companies...its like playing russian roulette...lol

I did hear something like that recently from someone so we stayed away from them. (They flooded the house w/postcards). My FH was in charge of getting the limos & we found Camelot limos - a smaller company with much more personalized service. We met with the owner on Wed & by the time we were leaving she was kissing us for good luck! She's an absolute doll & her prices are very reasonable.


I would definitely recommend that you give Maria a call @ 731 -5466.
