How RUDE!!!!! I cannot believe the nerve of some people!!! They should be a little more accomodating if they want to keep potential customers!!

Re: All Star Limousines -!
OMG !!!!! I wonder what is happenning around here w/these vendors
I had such a good experience.I wonder. . . when I was there, there was this young receptionist type girl there, maybe 18-22 years old, I wonder if she is the one being so rude to everyone.
Yes, Jenn, I had to change my resolution to view them also, I forgot to tell you that.
You go to settings - control panel - display and just change it Usually you only have 2, it makes your the words on your screen much smaller, but you can view their site and change it back, but you probably won't want to view it now

Re: All Star Limousines -!
Teri, and Jenn, I really think it's that young girl that I saw there Saturday -- not Debbie, Debbie is a sweetheart and was wonderful to me -- so was Tim.There is that receptionist girl though. . . . .

Re: All Star Limousines -!
I dont know what is going on over there. I call them on a daily basis for my job. I even recomended my sister to them for her wedding and they are great. Debbie is wonderful, I think sometimes they are very busy routing cars., etc. which is why they come off very short.I also speak to Kathy- Im not crazy about her, I think she is the one you spoke to. I would complain if I were you. They have no right to do that to you.

Re: All Star Limousines -!
Jen, if the company is a great company, one person on the phone should not change how you feel. You should indeed speak to someone there, no one probably has not reported her to the boss, so her attitude continues. She is causing them to get a bad rap and she is only one person. You probably will never have to deal with her again

Re: All Star Limousines -!
I dont know about this receptionist, Becuase I call at least three times a day to book cars and I always get either Debbie or Kathy. They might have a receptionist to greet customers but not to answer the phones. Unless that is kathy but she sounds like an older woman to me. I think the owner is CJ why dont you call her and tell her what happened

Re: All Star Limousines -!
livininsin--i worked for a limo company and we had 700 plus, almost 800 cars. there is NO reason to come off short if they are busy or dispatching cars.shamma, i will call them and make it known just so they don't do this to anyone else.
Thank you ladies....i am calling now to complain.
Problem rectified

Re: All Star Limousines -!
You are right, but it is a small company ( I think) So I know when I call sometimes I hear Debby talking on the two way radio as she is on the phone. I dont think that is the most proffessional thing to do.

Re: All Star Limousines -!
I would probably still feel good about using them, just b/c I don't think this one snotty girls attitude defines them from my experience so far and the good reviews I have heard. But I'll tell you this much, I WILL keep an eye and ear out, and I will keep all my other options open

Re: All Star Limousines -!
ok ladies heres the scoop...and i feel alot better (thanks shamma).I spoke to the owner Jim who I told I was spoken rudely to and who I told I posted this on LIWeddings...
Jim apologized and said this is a new girl there.
He seemed very nice & courteous.
Too funny...he knows my old boss Scott and was with him the other day!
He said my old company is very well respected and my old boss runs a great operation. (My old boss from the limo place I used to work at is the President of the Limousine Association). I would use my old companies cars, however they are corporate and have navy blue & black cars.
Jim gave me an EXCELLENT price. Now to go see the cars.....
Ladies stay with your choice of All Star, the ladies are right, one girl shouldn't influence my vendor decision. It feels funny to be the limousine customer for once. I used to be a boss on the inside myself.
