Re: ALL THIS CAKE TALK
My cake is included in my package but from what I have seen of the CB cakes I am not sure If I will find one of my liking and may have to spend extra money to have it covered in fondant( i like the clean look of fodant) ....if I come across any I will let you know!!!!

Re: ALL THIS CAKE TALK
I just dont have the extra money to spend on a cake .. so we are getting the free one that the RH is giving us.. I doubt people will pay to much attention to the cake being that we have the VH hour too

Re: ALL THIS CAKE TALK
Mine is included with the RH hall package. I was orginally going to get a big fancy one, but we decided to save money. I will be getting a groomscake for FH

Re: ALL THIS CAKE TALK
I'm using the cake in my package...the ONLY thing I'm willing to entertain is the upgrade to red velvet, but if it's more than like $50 (which it will be, of course), it's not happening.
I'm SO jealous of the girls where red velvet is included in the package

Re: ALL THIS CAKE TALK
I'm getting mine through the RH. I already met with the baker they use, had a tasting (1 hr), and he even gave us a free cake for my FFIL's Birthday.

Re: ALL THIS CAKE TALK
My cake pic is in my album. $375 for 125-135 people. Three layers; a 6, a 10, and a 14.
Chocolate fondant on the outside.
Inside is chocolate cake and chocolate fudge. (Yes, I am a choco-holic!) lol
D&D (D'Luque's) on South Main Street in Farmingdale, NY.
AND...when we went for our tasting they gave us a free cake to bring home; so of course we picked a cake with the same filling as the wedding cake.
