All this stress is ruining my face with.....

massive amounts of pimples!!!!!!


any advice as to what product will work on stress related pimples??

I heard that Proactiv is very effective.

sadly, sometimes stress related acne is mainly hormonal and then anything over the counter wont work (or at least for me)... when i say hormonal, the acne is like a hard bump under your skin--nothing like whiteheads/blackheads etc. if you have what im talking about, see a dermatologist. you can also try applying a warm-water compress to the area for 5-10 minutes and that will help bring it down and relieve some of the pain.

** also, make sure your skin is moisturized enough. now that its cold out, what you typically use might not be enough. i find that if my skin is under-moisturized, i also am more prone to acne.

and drink water... i saw someone posted that and that should help alot too. :)

I am having the same issue. I constanly get these huge breakouts that hurt like hell. Then I get these little tiny ones that annoy the hell out of me. I've been using this product called Dermologica and drinking enormouse amounts of water. I also plan on starting to get facials on a monthly basis...money permitting

i just bought dermologica today!!! i hope it works. i never had this problem before this stress is horrible
