Almost a week away from the wedding and I'm sick

I bought Coldeez cough drops and Robitussin. I'm trying to stay away from Jimmy so I don't get him sick. I can't believe this. I have so much to do still.AAAhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

stress, stress, stress!! Take zinc and Vitamin C and sleep a lot. Good luck!

I had a sore throat yesterday. Today I just feel very tired. This stinks. I'm taking vitamins and all the great cold remedies I know. I also don't want to get Jimmy sick.

Drink a lot of tea w/honey and lemon to soothe your throat, also I agree, fill up on Vitamin C !!!! Stay warm, get at least 8 hours of sleep per day, and get some vicks or some kind of rub !!!!
Last but certainly not least, make sure you eat properly also to keep up your energy.

Thanks. Hopefully I'll be able to catch up on my rest this weekend. Next week I have a million things to do.

I think the 'rest' is the most important thing. That 8 hours of sleep is so important so don't skimp on that. I also hope you feel better soon, I'm sure you will

Try some Zicam!!! Its a nasal gel that reduces the length of colds. It really works! You can get it at any drugstore. I swear by it! Good luck!!

That happened to me too. One week before my wedding I had the worst head cold ever - that 'total cement head' type of cold.

I stated the zink and ecunecia(sp) You know what worked for me a facial were they really steam your face. I dont know if it was the relaxing part or the steam and message part but I felt so much better after.

I swear by the oil of oregano. I'm also taking Coldeez cough drops. I took a few drops of the oil of oregano and this morning I felt a little better already.

If your throat really hurts, boil milk, and add a teaspoon of vodka and a teaspoon of honey, and drink the whole mixture while its hot before bedtime...

Its a russian medicine that my mom used and it helps with cough and fever...

Or try vaporrub, it works for clearing the stuffy chest.

Zinc lozenges! you can get them at any health food store. It helps prevent and reduce the length of colds - I swear by it. Jimmy should take these as well to ward off your germs, as well as the standard Vitamin c. Feel better!

You need to relax & rest. Stressing over the fact that you are sick will make you feel worse. If you have lots to do just ask for help, Im sure your family & friends would love to help. Feel better and be excited! You are getting married soon!

You poor thing. Get lots of rest and drink lots of fluids. Tell Jimmy to start taking ecanatia (sp?).
