Hey Julz I 'm glad u tried surfing I also took a surf lesson in kauai also!! Jeff my husband is a big time surfer so that is what I promised him once I got to hawaii I'm glad u liked it!! But I feel your pain also I was the same way and those boards they give u to learn on are soooo big!!! LOL enjoy yourselves!!!!
