Alright, so I've narrowed down the hotels I want to look into.
Now someone please advise me...what questions am I asking these people? Also, do I need to schedule appointments or can I just walk in? (This will be after I call and harass them with my questions, of which I have...two.)
All I can come up with is...
How much?
And
Do you have a bar on site?

Here are a few I asked:
Are you required to guarentee a % of your block?
When are rooms released back to the public?
Can you add additional rooms to your block down the road for the same prcie?
Is there a code guests can use for online booking?
And be sure to see the guest rooms - that definitely changed our minds about some hotels.

I'd say the number one thing to check out is if the sales manager is competent, unlike mine

this is what I asked and also asked if they would give us our room for free or an upgrade
