I got my dress at Village Bridal, I'm pretty sure my alterations capped at $225 and bustle at $175.

Yep. Just make sure you vocalize exactly what you want, and if she goes pin crazy, ask her how much it is going to be! I was shocked when I got my total, but there wasn't much I could do, and the dress looked awesome.

one of the head seamstresses came out when i ordered my dress after they mis-measured my hollow to hem 3 times. i think shes the one that said it only needed 3-5 but i cant remember!!!

Did you have any issues with them so far? I bought my dress there and thought they were very nice and helpful. I saw a thread yesterday with a lot of complaints and it made me a little bit nervous.
