do you still need a 4.5 heel or did that get worked out?

it got worked out by me paying an extra $250 to have flowers moved up. they refused to do a hollow to hem . this makes my blood boil b/c my alterations are going to run $500 +

Seriously????? That is BANANAS!!!! I thought they capped at $295? Do you think all the rest of the alterations are gonna be $295???? Ugh, so effin annoying!!!

they do cap at $295 but this was an extra that they wouldn't include in it. the dress has to be hemmed anyway . i just always think negative so i assume my alterations will run me $295 plus the $250 plus the bustle
