Am I the only one that didn't have fun registering??

We went yesterday to Fortunoff & Crate & Barrel. I was so overwhelmed by all the choices & had no idea what I wanted. I got so frustrated that we ended up leaving. Plus everything that I liked, FH talked me out of it saying that we didn't NEED it. Hello-we NEED everything! I am going to go back with my mom & FMIL & should be able to have an easier time that way. Did anyone else have the same feelings?

I did not have the fun I thought I would. FH pissed me off the whole time saying 'we don't need that' so I, just like may others, went home and added everything I wanted online and deleted the ugly crap he picked out.

It was hard, there was to much to choose. The lady told me I didn't have enough stuff on my registry. I am only having about 60 women at my shower, how much stuff do I need. I hope I don't get gifts at my wedding, I just want money.

Also, I felt bad putting stuff that was to much money. Of course, I did it anyway.

I hated it in the beginning, but once I got the hang of it online....I became addicted

I hated it too... I found it overwhelming, and the child in me was pouty that I wouldn't be surprised with my gifts...

We have everything because we live together now. we keep talking about going but we don't go because we don't know what to put on it.... grrrr i am dreeding going

Do a honeymoon registry instead...

since I work in the housewares industry- I really thought it would be easy for me- I went alone- even if my Mom was alive- it wouldn't have helped to go with her- we had very different taste

I left so upset- I finshed it online
