I was just wondering if I am the only out of town bride who's getting married on LI?
It's been a challenge planning a wedding at the Fox Hollow from Pasadena, CA. Ha ha ha.
I've done everything I could through the internet, including ordering the bridesmaid dresses!

Re: Am I the only OOT Bride here?
Geez, I thought I had a long way to go when booking things, and I just live in Westchester, near White Plains! I'll stop complaining about the drive now! Major points to you ladies who are planning a LI wedding from cross-country!

Planned from in DC...not as far but I think in some ways being OOT made it easier...had to do things in trips when we came home and couldn't stress about our decisions!!

I live in Connecticut and grew up on LI. My MOH and my step mother have been doing lots of reasearch for me. I just try and get down there when I can, it only takes a little over 2 hours. The fun part is getting FH down there!

I lived on Long Island and that's why I am getting married there. I am now in Cincinnati, Ohio. A good 10 hour drive.

I'm from Queens, but am in Boston for school and will be moving to Philly for work...so I've been planning everything based on online reviews and pics...and doing everything over the phone. It's tough!!!!
