am I wrong

my fmil called me the other day asking if her niece and their children can come to the wedding. Now she mailed in her response well over a month and a half ago and stated she wasnt coming. My mother in law said she now wants to come, and then proceeded to call my hall and change my numbers. I handed in my floor plan, my paym,ents, placecards. It would cost an extra 500.00 dollars, which I dont have, since me and my fiance are paying for the wedding ourselves. I told her that she cant come and I got really upset b.c I am 9 days away. Was I wrong?

You are absolutely not wrong! Don't think that for a second. Your FMIL has a whole lot of nerve. I would advise her that if they are coming, she can pay the difference, since they are HER guests. This is your day, how dare she make such a bold move like that!

yep... as if I am not stressing enough!!! Originally she said she was going to bring the money on Tuesday, then its Wednesday, so I said forget it.
