AND it begins

So yesterday I got a call from FH's cousin's wife. Mind you, I have NEVER met this woman, I dont even know her name, and Ive never even met FH's cousin. In the 5.5 years that I have been with FH, he has seen this cousin ONCE, and that was bc they were both at a family gathering, which I did not attend. According to FH they were close when they were younger, so thats why he's even invited to the wedding. So this broad calls me (I have no idea how she even got my number) and has the AUDACITY to tell me 'Hi, I got your invitation and it says 2, but we are a family of 3'.......I dont get a 'Hi how are you?' or a 'I know weve never met, sorry to bother you but...'....nothing, no small talk, shes all business. I know they have a young daughter but there are no kids younger than 12 at my wedding, only those in the bridal party and OOT kids, which they are not OOT. Now, first of all, I put on their invite that they had 2 seats reserved in their honor and second, I also put Mr. and Mrs. John Doe on the invite, not The Doe Family. Wouldn't this indicate that its an adult only wedding??? I mean, do I have to SPELL IT OUT???? I explained to her that their are no kids and her reaction?? 'Ohhhhh....ok....thanks bye'. UMM REALLY????? How F**KING RUDE!!!!
I have a feeling this is just the beginning...... GOOD TIMES.

Sooooo rude!!! Ugh I'm dreading this... our invites went out on Monday and I have a feeling I have a lot of phone calls coming my way.

ahhh these rsvp post are killing me lol...im sending mine out tomorrow and i gotta tell ya i am sooo not in the mood for these type of issues i will be rude and tell em off cause ive had it up to here with pp butting in and annoying me with what they want!

So much nerve! I would never in my right mind confront a bride or groom and ask to bring extra guests This still amazes me everytime I hear it

Unless it was a destination wedding where I would be gone for a while, I would never expect to bring my kids
