So you can actually request to have the invitation cancelled? does it cost extra?

it doesn't cost extra, though I'm not sure if all posts offices offer it. I think she felt bad b/c they didn't have .80 and .70 cent stamps for my italy and australia invites, so she had to put the ugly preprinted stamps on there...i know other brides have called post offices before to see who would do it for them


yeah, i know that the invites are out a bit early, but i didn't want to wait till january for a rsvp and i couldn't set it for the holidays, so why not use his birthday...i'm a freak w/numbers. part of my ocd...lol. that's why were getting married on our anniversary - fewer #s
