Angry!!!!! Why are RSVP's being lost in the mail????
So I am being super stalker and have e-mailed and facebook messaged a bunch of people who I thought didn't send in RSVP's.
So far 2 people I have asked sent in their RSVP's ages ago and we never got them!!!!
How is that effin possible?!?!?!
The RSVP envelope was professionally printed and we got sooo many back so why would some get lost?!?! One was mailed from the town over from where my parents live (who get the RSVP cards).
Tomorrow is the RSVP date so I'm just annoyed that the USPS can get their sh*t together and deliver the smallest and simplest thing!!!!!!!!!!

that's what i'm worried about. my friend supposedly never got the STD but she found it weeks later b/c it was caught inside magazines. have you been checking those? b/c i shake mine everyday to make sure that some didn't end up in there

Oh we had issues with them too. FH's cousin in Boston got his invite about 4 weeks after we mailed it. He messaged me on FB saying he never got an invitation (it actually wound up arriving later on that day). But still - 4 weeks from NY to Boston? Ridic.

We are missing only like 20 in total I think - I got some today from my stalking (including the friend who mailed it but we never got it).
@Evita - My parents get them and my dad said he did shake a magazine to make sure nothing was stuck, so I hope they've been doing it all along.
I just feel like cr@p asking if people mailed it in, ya know?!?!? Honestly it's only been 2 people so far, but that's more then enough!!!

I had same problems... basically what it comes down to is that the USPS service $uck$!!! They lose things I mail all the time!

ARG that's another added thing - maybe they havent sent the RSVP b/c they never got it!!!!!!
Seriously - hasn't the USPS been around since horse and buggy time?!?!?!
Shouldn't they have their ish nailed down by now?!?!?!

Some of ours have gotten lost. The PO is not perfect. One of my shower thank yous was returned and said 'number unknown.' However, it was the same address used for the shower invitation and the wedding invitation and both of those arrived!!

I am having the same problems right now.. Some people are saying they never even RECEIVED my invitations.. I feel horrible.. You know I'm waiting on a TON of RSVPs and now how do I really know what got there and what didn't?? UGH
I also got one RSVP in a 'sorry' envelope from the USPS that was like half burned and crumbled up.. oh yeah, sorry my a$$ deliver my mail safely!!

haha when I sent out my STDs, I got one mailed back to me because they actual canceled it backwards! My return address was on the back and they actually mailed it to the return address!!

Did they have the right postage amount on them? I know some ppl did not use forever stamps and got screwed.

No matter what, we had some get lost too. Who knows where they went! And we didnt get some reponses that people mailed in.

We put the stamps on for them!!!!!!!!!! So yeap, right postage!!!!... its so strange that some made it and others didnt?!?!
