How are you feeling?? Have you been having contractions at all? Getting excited as your due date is almost here?

I have been getting more and more contractions every day. Yesterday, although they were irregular, I had atleast one an hour. By the night time they just turned in to period feeling cramps.

Re: Anna

I had alot of contractions last night

On and off for three hours (not really consistent) and then I took a shower and it stopped...

This little one is still rolling around in the crammed space he/she has left

ANY DAY NOW !!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for checkin with me

Anna's having the baby on Friday. I believe that's the date I guessed in the baby pool so it must be.

Mine started around 6:30 and lasted until about 8PM when I finally fell asleep on the couch. I woke up a little later in the night still a little crampy, but definitely felt much better. Maybe I am having sympathy contractions for you?!?!

Sympathy contractions

Its wishful thinking because in the last month, we always hope that ANY move 'is IT'

I am not nervous really, but I am scared that I won't know the difference. Everyone I talk to says that they never had much for 'practice' contractions and I seem to be having a lot of them. Yet, then everyone tells me that I will just know when the time comes....

Re: Anna

I kinda didnt know I was going into labor with John Anthony. I guess because with all these BH CX, you start to build a tolerance for the pain and you never really think 'Oh THIS IS IT!' Because it feels the same as it did for the past few weeks
I didnt see a red flag until my water broke last time, and meanwhile I was having contractions for a while that night, but just dismissed them as nothing major
Since I was getting used to the pain..if that makes sense.. and I expected 'THE CONTRACTIONS' that were 'the ones' to be excruciatingly painful, but they werent...(but they did GEt ALOT more painful as it all progressed )

Didnt mean to scare you, but just wanted to share how I related to what you said

Oh no...now I am paranoid! What if I think that I have to go to the bathroom and I am one of those women who gives birth in the toilet!

j/k but it is a little scary since I have been getting about a contraction an hour (but not at the same time.)

Nancy when I was in Lamze they said that if you get contractions not at the same time you could need to really hydrate yourself. She showed us a big pitcher and told us we should be drinking twice that!! She said if you feel the contractions drink a lot of water and then they should feel better. I don't know this never happened to me, I just remember it from the class.

Re: Anna

I drink probably about 10-12 glasses of water a day...so I don't think that I am dehydrated, but who knows!
