Anna and Elizabeth, how are ya?

How are you two doing?! We haven't seen you around much lately (totally understandable!)
You have to tell all of the mommies-to-be about the first month...I know I'm dying to hear about everything from the lack of sleep to how your body heals after giving birth or having a c-section. I hope that you are both doing well. Your babies are absolutely gorgeous! Hope to hear from you soon!

How are you feeling ?? 17 weeks ! WOW, almost half way there !! Isnt it awesome ! Are you showing yet ?? I started showing more close to 6 months. I loved every minute !

I feel great. The pain and soreness of a c-section lasted about a good 2 weeks. Im sure its not gone for good. I've heard that you feel the soreness, almost like a bad knee, when bad weather rolls around.
About lack of sleep, we lucked out and he's been sleeping through the nite since 2 weeks !! First it was 6 hours straight, and we've had 1 or 2 of 7 hours straight ! The biggest adjustment for me is the breastfeeding, its making everything else look like a SINCH !

Its amazing to see him grow from day to day. He has started grinning a little, but its not yet that true grin thats intended as a SMILE, its more like gas, or practicing facial expressions... its SOOO CUTE !

What else can I say about the first month ?? DH and I are like 2 little kids talking about our new toy EVERY DAY. Its so much fun !
